Natasha Mendal Sasson is the Director of Account Management and Sales at Telios Travel, where she leads all client relationships, new business, and the account management team. As the daughter of David Mendal — founder of Forest Travel Agency — she grew up inside the travel industry, developing a firsthand understanding of what great travel service looks like before she ever worked in it professionally.
After graduating from Northwestern University, Natasha spent six years at Sojern — a travel-focused data and digital marketing platform used by hotels, airlines, and tourism boards worldwide. She spent the first three years in account management and the next three in sales, building a foundation that was equal parts travel industry knowledge and data-driven commercial strategy. It's the combination that shapes how Telios approaches account management differently from a typical TMC.
She's also a corporate traveler herself — she's used online booking tools, navigated travel policy, and experienced firsthand what works and what doesn't from the buyer's side. For the past two years, Natasha has led Telios's growth — building the sales process, managing all prospect and client relationships, and shaping the account management model that makes Telios different. She's the primary point of contact for all new business conversations and the person who owns client success once a program is live.
