For Operations & Admin Teams

Corporate travel is one more thing on your plate. It doesn't have to be.

Operations directors and admins at mid-size companies manage travel on top of everything else — no dedicated travel manager, no proper booking tool, no one watching the spend. Telios takes it off your plate entirely. One account manager who owns the program, so you don't have to.

What operations teams get
One account manager — owns the program, you don't have to

Five named agents — travelers call Telios, not you, when something goes wrong
Live in 3–4 weeks — from signing to fully running
Quarterly reviews — your AM presents the data, you just show up

What travel looks like when it's properly managed

The goal isn't to make you a better travel manager. It's to remove travel management from your list of responsibilities entirely. Your Telios account manager owns the program. They set up Concur, configure your policy, negotiate vendor rates, onboard your travelers, and present quarterly business reviews — all without you having to drive it.

When travelers have issues, they reach Telios directly. When something goes wrong mid-trip, the agent handles it. You get visibility into what's happening without having to manage every problem yourself.

And because everything runs through SAP Concur, finance has the spend data they need and policy is enforced automatically — without you being the one who chases exceptions.

What we take off your plate

Six things you stop managing manually

02

Traveler support

When something goes wrong — a cancelled flight, a hotel issue, a change request at midnight — travelers call Telios. Not you. Five named agents, 7AM–9PM Eastern, after-hours support available.

03

Vendor negotiations

Hotel and car rental rates negotiated by your account manager based on your actual booking patterns. You don't have to initiate it or follow up on it. It happens proactively.

04

Policy enforcement

Policy is enforced at the point of booking in Concur. You're not reviewing exceptions or chasing travelers who booked outside policy. The system handles it.

05

Spend reporting

Your account manager presents quarterly business reviews with spend data, compliance rates, and savings opportunities. You don't pull reports manually or build decks for finance.

06

Group & event travel

Company retreats, offsites, team events — Telios handles hotel blocks, rooming lists, ground transport, and logistics. One point of contact for the whole thing.

Common questions

Operations teams & Telios

That's exactly who Telios is built for. Most of our clients don't have a dedicated travel manager — travel is handled by an operations director, an office manager, or an admin doing it alongside everything else. Your Telios account manager fills that role. You have someone who owns the program without needing a full-time hire.

The bulk of the work is on us. We need a kickoff call to understand your company, your current travel patterns, and your policy goals. From there, we handle Concur setup, policy configuration, traveler onboarding, and vendor negotiations. Your involvement is a few hours over 3–4 weeks, not a project you have to own.

Our minimum is approximately $100K in annual travel spend. Our sweet spot is $100K–$2M. If you're not sure where you fall, reach out — we'll give you a straight answer about whether it makes sense for your size.

Minimal. Your travelers book through Concur or call Telios directly. Finance sees spend data in real time. Your account manager handles vendor negotiations and program management proactively. You show up to quarterly business reviews. That's about it — which is the point.
