Planning fee — applies to both options
$350 one-time per event for venue sourcing of up to 3 properties. Additional properties sourced at $50 each. This fee covers initial consultation, venue research, rate negotiation, and proposal preparation.
Not sure which option is right for you? For most groups under 40 people where logistics are complex — multiple departure cities, multiple nights, ground transport — the All-In package is almost always better value.
